[문제]

Query the list of CITY names from STATION that do not start with vowels. Your result cannot contain duplicates.

Input Format

The STATION table is described as follows:

where LAT_N is the northern latitude and LONG_W is the western longitude.

where left(city,1) not in ('a','e','i','o','u');

해당 모음들을 포함하지 않는 조건을 추가해주면 된다.

in 앞에 not를 붙여주면 포하하지 않는 값을 조회할 수 있다.
